IMPORTANT: Before reading on, it’s important to note I’m looking for someone to work with me in person in London, as soon as possible. Right now, that’s a non-negotiable, so if you can’t be in London on a regular basis going forwards, unfortunately it’s not the right role for you. All interviews will be in person too. I may have remote roles going forwards but for the minute I need the in person vibes (and emotional support).
So in case you don’t know much about me or the business, I’m Tintin, and I run an online business helping educational YouTubers grow their channels, impact and income.
The grander long term mission of the company is to provide incredible education around the world. We do this by helping YouTubers build sustainable businesses with world class products, which help them make even better free content.
And I’m looking for a Business & Operations Associate as a first hire to help me do this. So you’ll need an interest in the online education space for this to be a good fit.
You'll be the first full time team member to join me, so it's going to be a bit of a scrappy start up environment. There's no experience needed for this role. I didn’t really have any when I left university and I would have been the kind of person I would hire. Mainly because I always cared, was focused on doing good work and showed up with enthusiasm.
You can learn everything on the job. I just need someone who's good at learning fast, staying on top of everything and has a fun time doing it.
